High-accuracy ORSIS T-5000 M rifle is an outstanding result of our company designers efforts. This model was created in cooperation with professional shooters and has the properties required for a customer in the Russian market. T-5000 M model is a hand-reloaded repeater with sliding breech bolt and two front locking lugs. It is a multi-purposed weapon. Its specifications provide high-accuracy long range shots (up to 1500 m), high level of shooter´s convenience while preparatory, firing and recoil phases, swift sighting line recovery, excellent reliability and ergonomics.

Technologies
A rifle is its geometry: precision and quality of final assembly for all its parts guarantee accuracy of weapon and control while shooting. ORSIS barrels are made by the single-point cut-rifling CNC technology which is the most precise current barrel production method which ensures the groove clearances less than 0.0025 mm in depth and the twist rate clearances – less than 0.004 mm per 1 meter of barrel length. Action assembly body is manufactured of stainless steel and the central bore is processed by CNC EDM machine. Many parts are cut on the final hardening stage to ensure maximal geometric precision parameters. All steel parts are made of stainless steel only.Particular attention is applied to manufacturing process and high-quality materials selection that allow referring to extended barrel life in comparison to traditional estimates for these calibers.

Design
The stock is made of D16T aluminum alloy, folding joint is manufactured of tempered stainless steel and especially designed to stay operationally fit and complete even in the calibers most powerful by their recoil. The synthetic details are produced of most shock-proof polymers, all couplings are made by “steel on steel" method only. For this purpose the steel bushes are especially installed into the stock.

An adjustable cheek piece and a butt pad may be fitted on the stock. It might be equipped with monopod and tactical fore-end. The butt pad is manufactured of special wear-resistant rubber and is height-adjusted. The stock in folded position is reliably fastened by a mechanical retainer and covers the reload lever. There are lower and side swivels installed on the stock to fix a tactical sling and a bipod.

The balance and weight of the rifle are socalculated as to direct recoil exactly backward which allows following the target even in the shooting process. An effective muzzle brake reduces recoilal most in a half and adjustable trigger allows shooting without any flaws inquality of aiming. High stock rigidity and stability keep “zero" sighting even past long time.

Quality
All good intentions may be destroyed by the faulty execution therefore the quality control represents our mission of utmost importance. Each manufacturing operation is completed by the follow-up control and all parts are tested instrumentally past each production cycle. Final assembly operation is very closely controlled and firing tests are performed, finishing is checked and mechanisms´ functioning is repeatedly and thoroughly controlled.

Trigger assembly modifications
Standard– allows adjustment of the trigger and its pull from 600 to 1000 g.
The rifle is equipped with Picatinny rails to mount the scopes and there is an option to supply a bracket to mount pre-sighting lens cap, monopod, tactical fore end.
The rifle metal parts are covered by a Cerakote® special ceramic coating for the firearms and colored with Black Grafite color in a base package option.
